    The city of San Rafael put their "Our Vision" initiative to the test by inviting Samuelson Schafer to develop Rafael Town Center.

The Town Center complex covers nearly an acre on Fourth Street, in the heart of San Rafael's downtown. Besides the 113 apartments, it includes eight retail spaces and, along Fifth Street, 40,000 square feet of office space.
